The League of Women Voters of San Luis Obispo County is partnering with the South County Chambers of Commerce to moderate forums for candidates for Arroyo Grande Mayor and Grover Beach Mayor and City Council on October 5, 2026. The forums will be held in person at the South County Regional Center in Arroyo Grande. The Arroyo Grande mayoral forum will run from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. and the Grover Beach mayoral and city council forum will follow from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. The forums will be live-streamed on slo-span.org and will be available on the League's YouTube Channel for later viewing.

Coffee/tea and light breakfast will be provided on the bus. Schedule will be:

7 a.m. - Depart Arroyo Grande Public Library
10 a.m. - Bus to Randy Villegas HQ in Bakersfield
10:15 a.m. - Short orientation
10:30 a.m. - Local cars take us to turf/canvas spots
1 p.m. - Lunch (provided by campaign)
2 p.m. - Canvas
3:30 p.m. - Depart for home
6:30 p.m. - Arrive at pickup point
